- Main criterium met is #7 "The person has had a substantial impact outside academia in their academic capacity." [...] "Criterion 7 may be satisfied, for example, if the person is frequently quoted in conventional media as an academic expert in a particular area" => This academic individual has provided expert comments regularly for the Financial Times, the Telegraph, BBC, ITV News, Fortune, and other his research has been covered by the Economist, Bloomberg, the Financial Times and has written op-ed for Le Monde, Forbes, etc. (source)

- Other criteria met are Criterium 3 "The person has been an elected member of a highly selective and prestigious scholarly society or association" => The academic individual is elected member of the council and one of the 20 trustees of the Society for the Advancement of Management Studies and Criterium 8 "The person is chief editor of a journal" => The individual was editor in chief of the first open access journal in the field of management M@N@GEMENT

Criteria 1 on impact in the scholarly discipline is discussable on the basis of some references. Hope this is somehow helpful to the review process,
